Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service at Fill'er Up Travel Center by processing transactions quickly and accurately, maintaining a clean and well-stocked store, and ensuring every guest — from truckers to families — has a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers courteously, quickly, and efficiently
- Process transactions on the POS register including cash, credit/debit, and checks
- Handle fuel transactions and operate fuel pump controls
- Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays
- Maintain cleanliness in the store, food/beverage area, and restrooms
- Assist with lottery sales, money orders, and tobacco transactions
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management
- Follow all cash handling policies and balance register at shift end
- Assist customers with questions about travel center services and amenities
- Comply with all safety, health, and company policies
